Mad2Perform is a vibrant performing arts company established by Sophia Madden in 2015. Our purpose is to engage children and young people, especially in underserved communities, through performing arts. We believe in fostering self-esteem, creativity, and enjoyment in every student.

Specialising in a range of performing arts—including musical theatre, drama, singing, street dance, contemporary dance and commercial dance—we offer an array of school extracurricular clubs, curriculum-based activities, and community classes designed for young participants.

At Mad2Perform, we focus on performance without the pressure of exams—just creativity and fun!

Sophia Madden

Founder & Creative Director

Sophia is the founder of Mad2Perform and the driving force behind its creative vision. An experienced dance and performing arts teacher, she is passionate about creating a space where every child can feel confident, inspired, and celebrated. Winner of the Creative Spirit of Corby Award 2023, Sophia loves helping young people discover their talents, express themselves creatively and develop skills that last a lifetime. Her inclusive approach ensures that every child has the opportunity to shine and enjoy the magic of performing arts.

Emily Wallington

Performing Arts Teacher

Emily is a passionate teacher with experience in singing, drama and dance. She delivers our school programme and classes bringing energy, creativity and enthusiasm to every session. Emily loves helping children grow in confidence, develop new skills and discover a love for performing arts in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment.

Tracy Brown

Administrator

Tracy is the friendly face behind the scenes, helping to keep our community running smoothly. She supports our students, families and teaching team with class bookings, communications, and day-to-day administration. Tracy loves being part of Mad2Perform where children can grow in confidence, creativity and a passion for the performing arts.
